Every year, the PS11 Yearbook team allocates ad space in the yearbook to celebrate our 5th graders and their graduation from PS11. Each ad is personal and costs $125. Families create their own ad to showcase their child’s journey through primary school, or to send a family message of best wishes, or a general farewell message to PS11. Feel free to be creative and come up with something completely new!
In addition to the 5th grade families, classes from any grade can submit a yearbook ad for their classroom teacher(s). Each teacher ad is $125. The Family Liaisons have traditionally organized the ad and it can be a class photo or composite with a thank you message from the class. Usually there is a parent in the class with graphic design skills who can create the ad with the class parent soliciting donations to pay for the ad.
All Ads are half page and cost $125. This fee will help to off-set the printing cost that is generously covered by the PTA. All ad submissions must be accompanied by payment.
Deadline for submission is Wednesday 04/03/24.
We recommend using the free version of the Application Canva to create high-resolution graphics or you may choose a software option of your choice.

Size: 7.5″ W x 4.25″ H half page ad (must be horizontal)
Resolution: 300 dpi (high res)
Pixel size: 2250px x 1275px
Color space: RGB or CMYK
File format: jpg or PDF
