Library: The library is looking for 4-5 volunteers this year! It requires a time commitment of one shift per week consisting of 2.5-3 hours either in the morning (8:25am -11:15am) or afternoon shift (11:30am-2:30pm). Within these hours you will be shelving books, planning mystery readers, helping students choose books, teaching classes about the library and being on a team with like-minded people. It’s a fun experience and we’d love to have you! If interested please email [email protected].
Lost & Found: The Lost & Found committee is looking for a few extra hands once a week in the morning after drop-off. This is a simple but important volunteer role: returning lost items that are labeled with a name and room number to their owners in their classrooms. It’s a great way to get to know the school as well!
We are also looking for a co-chair to help lead this committee!

Math Club: Come join the Math Club this October/November for 1 hour per week for 8 weeks. Math Club is about getting kids together who like math. We’ll explore and enjoy solving problems and puzzles, develop logical reasoning skills, and expand what you might think mathematics is all about! The children also get to participate in the Noetic Math Contest.
Parent volunteers are especially needed to lead classes. If you are interested or know someone else who might be, please reach out to [email protected].
Scholastic Book Fair: Come volunteer at the Book Fair from October 27 to October 31. Help students pick out a scholastic book. You can volunteer for 1 morning or afternoon shift during that week.
We are also seeking a Book Fair chair to shadow the current chairs and learn the ropes!

Yearbook: 2-3 Yearbook volunteers needed. We’re looking for photographers, admin assistance and designers (you don’t need to have any graphic design experience). The platform we use for the layout is very user friendly. The main bulk of the work is in March and April, in addition to collecting photos from the various events throughout the year.
