Library: The library is looking for 3 volunteers this year! It requires a time commitment of one shift per week consisting of 2.5-3 hours either in the morning (8:25am -11:15am) or afternoon shift (11:30am-2:30pm). Within these hours you will be shelving books, planning mystery readers, helping students choose books, teaching classes about the library and being on a team with like-minded people. It’s a fun experience and we’d love to have you! If interested please email [email protected]
Lost & Found: The Lost & Found committee is looking for a few extra hands once a week in the morning after drop-off. This is a simple but important volunteer role: returning lost items that are labeled with a name and room number to their owners in their classrooms. It’s a great way to get to know the school as well!
We are also looking for a co-chair to help lead this committee!
If you’re available and interested, we’d love your help keeping our students’ belongings where they belong. Please email [email protected]
Performing Arts Team: We are always looking for volunteers for the 5th Grade show, from all grades! It certainly takes a village.
Do you have experience with costumes/sewing, building/power tools/ creating set pieces or props, sound/lighting design, video filming/editing? WE NEED YOU! Don’t have experience? WE STILL NEED YOU!
There are opportunities for ALL skill levels. This year’s show is The Sound of Music: School Edition. If you are interested, please email Ms. Sarah at [email protected]
Yearbook: 2-3 Yearbook volunteers needed. We’re looking for photographers, admin assistance and designers (you don’t need to have any graphic design experience). The platform we use for the layout is very user friendly. The bulk of the work is in March and April, in addition to collecting photos from the various events throughout the year. Please email [email protected] if interested.
