There will be LIVE and SILENT Auctions the night of the Gala and an ON-LINE Auction for several weeks in May. (Dates TBA)  

Your donations provide funds for extra teachers, school supplies, enrichment classes, afterschool programs, and everything else that makes PS11 so special. 

Please consider donating an item (or two or three) or a service. The most popular items are:
        ·      Gift certificates to restaurants, stores, etc.
        ·      Show or concert tickets
        ·      Unique experiences including: Time at a vacation home, Exclusive Meet & Greet, Hard-to-get Meeting
        ·      Classes of any kind
        ·      Unpaid internships
        ·      New merchandise
Hudson Terrace is the perfect setting for this FUNdraising event! 
Overlooking the river sunset in midtown, you can enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres, sip on specialty cocktails at the open bar, dance the night away on the Rooftop level and enjoy the spectacle of our Live Auction in the Salon.

  • $50 SALE PRICE TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED FOR ONE WEEK ONLY: APRIL 3rd-APRIL 9th
  • $100 GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED UP UNTIL
    THE DAY OF THE EVENT AND WALK INS ARE WELCOME.
  • $250 VIP TICKETS ARE A REALLY SPECIAL WAY TO SUPPORT THE SCHOOL
    ​​VIP Guests will be treated to Champagne and specialty cocktails, exclusive time to 
    mingle with Teachers & Staff, be entertained with live music and dancers, 
    browse & bid early on the Silent Auction, as well as priority seating for the Live Auction. 
    We encourage you to invite a group of friends and make it a "sitter-worthy" night!
  • NEW FAMILIES ENTERING PS11 IN THE FALL OF 2017 ARE INVITED TO USE THE SPECIAL PROMO CODE THEY WILL RECEIVE AT REGISTRATION. These tickets can be purchased from April 3rd through May 15th.
  • PS11 TEACHERS & STAFF (and their +1s) ARE INVITED AS GUESTS OF THE PTA.
    Please consider making a  donation to help us underwrite the cost of having them attend the event.

  • Raffle Tickets will be on sale every morning in front of school April 24th - May 12th.
  • Buy Raffle Tickets online starting April 4th.
  • Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20! 
  • Raffle Prizes will be drawn on Monday, May 15th. Need not be present to win.
GRAND PRIZE: $500 Gift Certificate to Century 21 Department Stores
2nd PRIZE: $100 Gift Certificate to Billy's Bakery
3rd PRIZE: $50 Gift Certificate to Bowlmor

 

VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME!

  • We need volunteers to help at the Auction & Gala Table in front of school.
    We will be accepting donated items, selling raffle tickets, and signing up volunteers at drop off each morning beginning April 24th until May 12th. 
  • Sell $100 value of Raffle Tickets and receive a free ticket to the Gala.
  • You can join our Set Up Team on the day of the event Monday, May 15th. We need help loading in & out of the event space.
  • If you are planning on attending the party on Monday, May 15th, there are many 1 Hour Volunteer Slots that will help the event run smoothly.
