We were busy, busy, busy up in Room 413! Over 15,000 books were checked out in the 2010/2011

school year. Our Top Patron these year was Ava Patino from Class 410. She checked out (and checked in) 85

books! This year's top homeroom was Ms. Blinder's Class 4-409 with 665 books. We hosted 11 weekly class

visits.

The PS11 Library is completely staffed by dedicated parent volunteers: Andrea, Belinda, Christy,

France, Isabella, Kim, Linda, Lindsay, Lynn, Mary, Sandy, and Sami. We boast an extensive collection

of Picture Books, Easy Readers, Fiction and Non-Fiction. We were extremely fortunate to receive $80,000 worth of new books recently and look forward to sharing the with all students of PS11.

We are always looking for parent volunteers to help out in the library. If you have an hour or two, once a week, once a month or just once in a while please email PS11Library@gmail.com. We'd love to have you and our children will continue to be able to visit.
