KINDERGARTEN SUPPLY LIST (2011-12)

Personal Supplies

1 Child-sized Back Pack: Your child only needs a bag that is big enough for his or her home folder, take-home books and lunch. PLEASE do not send your child to school with an oversized bag or a bag with wheels. These are bad for their backs!

A Change of Clothing (in case of an accident): shirt, pants, underwear, socks.
*Place the clothing in a heavy-duty Ziploc bag with your child’s name on it.

General Supplies
Please do not write your child’s name on any supplies, as many of the items are for community use.

o  1 Box of Thick Crayola Washable Markers
o  1 Box of Thin Crayola Washable Markers
o  5 Glue Sticks
o  Scotch Tape
o  1 Package of Thin Expo Dry Erase Markers
o  1 Package of printer paper (white or colors)
o  1 Box of Facial Tissues
o  1 Box of Baby Wipes OR Clorox wipes
o  1 pump bottle of hand soap OR hand sanitizer

Home Supplies
Please keep supplies at home for your child’s homework and projects.

o  Pens
o  Glue Sticks
o  Box of Crayons or Markers
o  Child-size Scissors

Wish List
This is a list of other items needed in the classroom, but not from every family.

o  1 package of white or color card stock
o   Avery Printable Mailing Labels (Shipping size preferred)
o  Windex or Clorox spray bottles
o  Play-doh (any colors)
o  Ziploc Bags (Gallon and quart-sized)

Note: You will receive a supply list from your child’s teacher in the Fall that may have some additional supplies.
