Gifted & Talented Applications

The 2011–2012 Gifted & Talented Handbook is now available for download from the DOE Website.

These handbooks provide information about the process for requesting testing, the assessments, eligibility and placement, a list of kindergarten through third grade G&T programs, and what families can do to help their children prepare for the tests.

The DOE also offers information sessions so parents can learn more about Gifted & Talented programs, including the tests and the admissions process. Department of Education staff will give a comprehensive presentation and answer parent questions. Handbooks will be provided at these sessions.
